Banned 0cean

I ended up banning 0ceanforest. I had proof of x-ray he admitted it himself in this picture as you can see he said "not for me it isn't" and "But, Yeah I deserved it" so I banned him since he admitted it then attempted to spam the server.

Edit: His alt came on and said that he would stop and all that shit and he kept nagging so I unbanned. But all his stuff is /ci'ed so he is starting from the start.

Do not post images in quotes Timmy. And yeah he kinda just admitted it then he came on and spammed like for 5 seconds then I banned it like lagged server for around 10 seconds so...
